• Studymiles is not liable for delays caused by embassies, government bodies, or universities.
• Part-time job opportunities abroad depend on local laws and availability and cannot be assured.

4. Fees and Payments

• All fees (application, invitation, visa, and service charges) must be paid as per the agreed timeline.
• Fees are non-refundable once services are initiated, except where specifically mentioned.

5. Code of Conduct

• Provide accurate documents and information.
• Abide by the rules of their chosen universities and host countries.
• Respect Studymiles staff and local representatives.

6. Termination of Services

• Studymiles reserves the right to discontinue services in cases of:
• Submission of fraudulent documents.
• Misconduct or violation of policies.
• Non-payment of fees.

7. Governing Law

All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts and applicable international laws.
